Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Adriatic account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our concierge team will contact you to schedule a professional courier pickup; for smaller decor, simply drop it off at any authorized shipping point using our prepaid label.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once your items arrive at our warehouse, our team will conduct a quality inspection and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
